Products Can I synchronize products at a time of my choice?
Yes, once a day. Log in to Poslink, go to Transactions and click Create transaction.
SW Retail Do I pay extra fees at SW Retail to connect to Shopify?
Possibly. The integration with Shopify needs the SW Retail REST API, and SW Retail may charge its own fee for it. Ask SW Retail for the current rate.
General How do I connect my POS system to a webshop?
With Poslink you connect SW Retail to Shopify. You start a trial, we set up the integration and you choose which products go online. You are live within a day.
SW Retail How long does setting up the integration take?
In most cases you are live within one working day. If you already use SW Retail and have a Shopify account, the integration is set up within an hour. If you do not use SW Retail yet, everything first needs to be ready in SW Retail before we set up the integration.
Inventory How often is inventory synchronized between the POS and webshop?
Every 5 minutes. Products and categories go at 01:00 and 13:00, and once a day you can start a sync yourself. Orders arrive in SW Retail as soon as they are placed; the payment status is updated afterwards.
Categories If I delete a category in the POS system, will it also be deleted in the webshop?
No. Poslink creates a new collection in Shopify and puts the products in it. You delete the old collection yourself in Shopify.
Products If I delete a product in the POS system, will it also be deleted in the webshop?
No. The product stays in Shopify. You delete it there yourself.
General What do I need to connect my POS to Shopify?
An SW Retail POS with the API connection switched on (you arrange that with SW Retail), and a Shopify webshop. We set up the rest: you are live within a day.
General What does Poslink cost?
€55 per month excl. VAT, with unlimited products and orders. Pay annually and you get one month free: €605 per year. After the trial you pay a one-time setup fee of €500. You can cancel monthly.
General What is Poslink?
Poslink is an integration between your SW Retail POS and your Shopify webshop. Products, stock and orders move back and forth automatically, so your store and webshop sell from one stock count. Poslink costs €55 per month and you can try it free for 14 days.
